Beijing- As source reveiled that, Aegis Media(安吉斯媒体) has been in talks with a loacl digital agency Elink (熙林互动) for a acquiration. If the deal done, Elink may be folded into Aegis Media's digital network Isobar (安索帕). Source also said Elink employs around 50 professionals in Beijing and Shanghai.  Elink was founded by Shen Yu(申钰) in 2007, and provide various digital marketing services such like Strategy Planning, Creative, online media planning and buying, mobile marketing, WOM and etc.. When we require more info from Aegis Media via email, a representative just feedback to claim, "Aegis Media has been looking for good local companies to be the partners in developing the business in China for a period of time already. E-link is one of them." And he also added that, "But I don't have the status of how the discussion is going now."
