BEIJING- Source revealled that, China Telecom (中国电信) has shifted its creative account into local agency- Charm Advertising (昌荣广告), following a competitive review.
The telecom operator had worked with multi-national creative agencies Saatchi & Saatchi Beijing (in 2011) and Euro RSCG.
Charm Group also handled the CCTV media buying duties for China Telecom for a long time.
In a sperate media pitch, OMD Beijing has replaced Starcom Beijing to be the new media agency.
