BEIJING- Robert Fuchs, EVP of AegisMedia China, will leave the group by the end of 2011. Robert has been with the AegisMedia Group for nearly 9 years. He started as Managing Director of Carat Japan, but later transferred to China, where he among other tasks relaunched Vizeum China, and lately supported Carat, Isobar and Vizeum on new business development and key account management. From January 1, 2012 Robert will join Liquid Campaign, a German-based international creative agency to lead both their India and China business. Liquid Campaign now has a foothold in New Delhi and Beijing, respectively. Before joining AegisMedia, Robert spent time at Grey, Leo Burnett and JWT and he is familiar with operating creative agencies. Robert says he feels privileged of having had the opportunity to experience both the creative and media side of the business. Bundled with his original background in Below-the-line, this has given him a truly integrated and holistic understanding of marketing communications. Robert says “Within the current severe market environment it is all about integrated solutions for our clients. We cannot afford anymore to think in silos”
